Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If we made a mistake, we'll make it right.

We gladly accept returns or provide refunds when:

  • We shipped the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged due to packaging.
  • The condition materially differs from the listing.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Changed your mind?

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Market price changes
  • Cards purchase for grading that did not receive an expected grade.

 

Sealed Products

Sealed products may only be returned if they arrive damaged or if the incorrect item was shipped.

Open sealed products cannot be returned.
